Creations at a glance

Over the years, I have experimented with painting, photography, graphic design, pottery, metal work, and many more. Realizing I could combine all, as well as my other sources of inspiration, through mixed media art, began a most passionate love affair and led to some of my most cherished pieces.

Amazing is the thrill of creating a harmonious powerful marriage of words, images, textures, and objects that touches and moves so many senses.

Amazing is the gratification of watching it become a storyteller in its own right.

Amazing... is the power of art.

Home is where the culture is, where learning doesn't stop and love spreads. Looking through the old window I see so much history, so many adventures and so many stories that speak of our beloved country and beloved people. I feel nostalgic for the days of youth, love and aspiration. Thank you for sharing this. Y.S.

I admire your passion and love for your roots. Your art is so beautiful, and even though I can't relate to growing up in Lebanon, I still feel the warmth through your art. A.Z.

Dear Dima,

What to say to an ARTIST! Wow how wonderful your creations. Am amazed at the wonderful poems you have created and imprinted on your colorful cards. Your frames with Lebanese artifacts are out of this world. Proud of you DIMA. M.C.

Dima has captured the soul of Lebanon with her play between darkness and light, color and the absence of color. Thank you for these beautiful reminders of Lebanon! R.M.

Art expresses many things. Your art exemplifies character, beauty and love. It is very amazing to see such speciality and wonderful work. C.H.

I am the one that should thank you so much for making these meaningful art pieces, all of them! I stand for hours looking at them and never get tired. I didn’t find a home for that specific piece, it is the home that found me and many others I’m sure. H.S.
