The quest for simple things

Sometimes we find echoes of these in the expressions of strangers, sometimes in words carefully drafted or even just thrown on a page. The lucky amongst us find them in the people around us. In a world where the loud has become louder, the flashy flashier, knowing that there are still people that care about the simple things and simple pleasures gives me faith and assurance.
